Harold has some bad teeth and should see a dentist.
In my opinion.
The store where they filmed this commercial would kick them off their parking lot for not getting a permit to film on their store parking lot and not paying them to film on their parking lot.

Subject: typical guy
Lazy guy who sleeps in later than his wife to get ready for the day, complains about the coffee. Let him make it his way then, so the wife has time to do her hair and makeup to be a nice housewife! Then party with the sexy blonde in the afternoon!

These ads will probably be best remembered for being parodied in the movie Airplane! Even at the time Airplane! came out they had been off TV for some time.

I've never understood why this commercial is considered sexist. The cast have good acting stills, Except for the blond girl who overacts a bit. Overall it's worth downloading.

I found this 1960's commercial humorous. Actors had a good comic sense. Probably sold some Folgers instant coffee, too.

Subject: Shoplifter!
Harold hates his wife's Jane's coffee. What is a woman to do? Exasperated she runs into Mary in the grocery parking lot (Is it me? Or did Jane seemed to be hanging out at the parking lot all day waiting for her to arrive?) and asks Mary what kind of coffee she uses. She pulls out a Folgers can out from her shopping bag and reccomends it. "Folgers huh?" Jane says, "I'll try it". It looked to me that Jane just stole Marys can o' Folgers. LOL.
